Cancellation

Damaged product receives

All damages must be reported within 3 working days after the day of delivery

We request that you provide as much detail as possible about the damage:

• Is the damage to the product already visible before or after opening?
• Was the box/packaging damaged?
• We would like to ask you to send us some photos (5 photos) of the damage and the packaging. (1 photo of the outer packaging of the shipment with the shipping label visible. 1 photo of the inner packaging, where the content and the protective material in the package are clearly visible 3 photos of This means 1 photo of all articles together and 2 detailed photos)
